Palliative Care ACT
Palliative Care ACT (PC ACT) is a non-government community based not for profit organisation. We are a registered charity whose role is to influence, foster and promote the delivery of quality care at end of life for all and to offer compassion and support to the terminally ill, their carers and family. PC ACT provides a volunteer program where trained volunteers provide patient and carer support in Clare Holland House, home based care, day hospices and residential aged care facilities. Other services include transport, therapeutic massage, a music program and various other forms of patient support; much of our activity could not be offered without generous support from donors.
